I didn’t think I’d get on with this type of training as i thought it’d be too intense but I have to say I really love it.
Rich is a great trainer who always brings variety to the sessions and keeps me motivated when sometimes it’s a struggle.
I really feel like I am achieving my goal of becoming fitter and healthier. I would recommend trying this to anyone no matter what your fitness level.

It took me ages to pluck up the courage to make the phone call but I am so glad I did. Richard has changed my whole attitude to fitness, I actually enjoy getting up in the morning and getting my workout in (and I’m not a morning person)! Today, after nearly 10 sessions, I was able to buy a pair of shorts one size down from when I started yay! I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to improve their fitness and reach their weight loss goals.
