Rich is a great PT, he is really supportive and pushes you to your limit to reach your goals. I have had personal trainers in the past but Rich is different, he is supportive and motivating, the sessions are really varied which keeps it interesting. I have lost weight and learnt about food and nutrition. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone looking to lose weight and improve your fitness level.

Rich has a great knowledge of getting you where you want to be whether it’s by cardio, weights or whatever your preference is. I’ve never been a fan of training since childhood and I’ve been with him over a year now so that’s an achievement in itself!

I really wanted to change my body and the way I looked at food, and of course, learn more about what I was doing when training. I wanted to achieve weight loss and improve my overall fitness. I spent a lot of time researching different Personal Trainers, I spoke to a few and Rich came out on top by far. I started my journey with Rich back in January, it wasn’t a January fad I really wanted to change and create a better me!! I tried the body coach previously but I lacked the support of someone close to home, someone that understood my mind set and that could really help me, I found that with Rich. Rich is extremely supportive, identifies when you are having your less energetic days and supports and motivates you to get the best out of YOU!! I’ve learnt a lot about different muscle groups, what works for me and what I should/shouldn’t be doing when training. My advice to anyone thinking about starting with a PT is to contact Rich, it will honestly change you and you will become better for it. This isn’t a cliché, its true. You may want to know the results of the past 6 months, since I started training with Rich in January, I’ve lost 6kg and 20 inches from my arms, legs, waist, hips and chest. Did I feel like not going some days, of course, who doesn’t, but you know what, I did it and I don’t regret it for a second. If you want someone to help, support, motivate and create a better you whilst making training fun, then Rich really is the person that I’d recommend, you will not regret it.

I didn’t think I’d get on with this type of training as I thought it’d be too intense but I have to say I really love it. Rich is a great trainer who always brings variety to the sessions and keeps me motivated when sometimes it’s a struggle. I really feel like I am achieving my goal of becoming fitter and healthier. I would recommend trying this to anyone no matter what your fitness level.

It took me ages to pluck up the courage to make the phone call but I am so glad I did. Richard has changed my whole attitude to fitness, I actually enjoy getting up in the morning and getting my workout in (and I’m not a morning person)! Today, after nearly 10 sessions, I was able to buy a pair of shorts one size down from when I started yay! I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to improve their fitness and reach their weight loss goals.
